We are seeking a passionate, organised, detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Officer!

Our programs are designed to help students learn about different cultures, expand their horizons, and grow as individuals. We send students to countries around the world and also bring in overseas students to experience life in Australia. WEP is committed to providing our students with the best possible experience. We have a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping students succeed. 

As the Marketing & Communications Officer, you will be responsible for marketing our High School exchange programs and hosting experience to students and families around Australia. 

This includes tasks such as:

• Implementing marketing activities to deliver and increase the number of leads for both our outbound and inbound programs;


• Managing the daily promotion of the hosting program to community groups on Facebook;


• Organising and delivering presentations to schools around Australia;


• Organising and delivering community events to students, host families and local coordinators around Australia;


• Responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner, in collaboration with our sales team;


• Implementing and manage a digital marketing and social media strategy, in collaboration with the marketing department of our Head Office in Europe;


• Creating and managing content to be used in monthly hosting newsletters, including but not limited to, student stories, program updates, and marketing emails; 

We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about travel 


• Able to prioritise competing tasks


• An excellent communicator (written and verbal skills) to various stakeholders 


• Able to manage time and complete tasks within strict timeframes and demands


• You’re ready to travel & work interstate.

Prior experience in international education or travel industry, and a degree in Marketing, Sales or Communications is preferred.
