Marketing and Sales Coordinator - Excellent Benefits Package

The organisation:

Precision Light & Air is an instrumentation manufacturer, located in Seaford, specialising in process analysers. Their analysers are particularly suited to high-scale and high temperature applications as seen in the Alumina and Nickel processing industries.

They're seeking a Marketing and Sales guru whose primary responsibility will be to create compelling marketing material for minerals processing instrumentation. Your role will involve crafting informative and engaging content that highlights the features, benefits, and applications of the instrumentation. Leveraging your expertise, you will develop content tailored to different platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn as a primary channel. This content will aim to educate potential customers about the value proposition of the instrumentation and showcasing its effectiveness in optimizing minerals processing operations. Whether it's articles, webinars, blog posts, infographics, videos, or case studies, your ability to craft persuasive narratives and communicate technical information in a clear and accessible manner will be essential.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Updating the website with conferences, projects, and blogs as necessary.
• Maintain website in accordance with brand priorities and SEO best-practice.
• Research and create new marketing material for minerals processing instrumentation.
• Working with LinkedIn Navigator and ads manager, Google Ads & any other social ads platforms
• Create a content strategy that follows our brand guidelines, weekly, monthly, seasonally and yearly that resonates with the organisations goals
• Create marketing campaigns based on your knowledge in the marketing industry, along with current best practices - for both organic and paid marketing
• Assist the sales team with marketing requirements.

About you:

You will be self-motivated and managed, with a love for creative and copy writing, and ideally have experience within the engineering industry (not essential). You will have proven experience working with WordPress websites, Canva, and other programs. You will also have proven experience with SEO optimization and open to implementing valuable processes and tools to assist with the marketing and sales reporting.
