Marketing Assistant & Student Services Officer - Chinese Speaker - Hiring Immediately

ACIC is looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant & Student Services Officer - Chinese Speaker.

This is a an entry-level position with opportunity for career progression to those who prove themselves. Ideal for university graduates looking to gain local office experience and develop skills in marketing, administration and customer services.

Role & Responsibilities: 

• To support the marketing coordinator in
  • managing ACIC Social Media Platforms, including content creation, editing, layout design, etc.
  • managing the design of all ACIC promotional materials, including event posters, institution videos, etc.
  • planning and executing on-line & offline marketing activities
• To provide support to front office teams in greeting clients, answering enquiries and distributing leads
• To manage front desk operations, perform general office administrative tasks as required and ensure sufficient office supplies
• To provide support to admissions department with the daily processing of offer letters and COEs.

The Applicant should be/posses: 

• Customer-service orientated;
• Attention to details with consistency and accuracy at work
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in both English and Chinese)
• Good time management, ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines 
• Prior office or customer service experience will be an advantage
• Degree holder
• Full time working rights in Australia
