A scale up business, that is making significant headway in providing seamless, digital solutions built for mortgage brokers. Currently seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to join their team! The Company: A non-bank residential and commercial mortgage lending business, dedicated to elevating Australian specialist lending standards. This organisation are on the cusp of significant growth and have a clear mission to deliver better customer experiences, offering more value, more choice and more opportunities for brokers and their customers. The Role: A newly created role, reporting to the Marketing Director, you drive Salesforce Engagement adoption, optimisation, automations, and reporting. You will build and execute cross-channel campaigns across Salesforce and work collaboratively with the broader Sales/Distribution and Digital teams to deliver personalised, relevant communications across the customer lifecycle stages to acquire, retain and win back customers. The Role: Own, develop, and execute the marketing automation strategy. Be an expert in Salesforce marketing automation to develop and execute personalised nurture programs, segmenting and leveraging data and relevant content for greater campaign efficiency. Work closely with Marketing, Sales/Distribution, Digital & Operations to identify and develop the marketing automation strategy. Drive significant tangible and measurable impact on our overall customer experience and sales through the development and implementation of innovative marketing automation campaigns in consultation with senior stakeholders. Design and build journeys and optimise existing ones across the customer lifecycle, to retain, grow and win back. Manage and build audience targeting via Account Engagement Automations (e.g., Segmentation Lists) Analyse data and implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor campaign performance metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Return on Investment (ROI). Generate detailed reports to assess the efficiency and success of marketing automation initiatives. Stay abreast of Salesforce updates, new capabilities, best practice, and emerging trends to ensure campaigns are optimised and utilise the platforms capabilities. Train and support specialists within the broader team to build capability and increase user awareness and engagement of the platform. Uphold compliance with pertinent data protection laws, including GDPR, when handling customer data and executing marketing communications. Implement robust practices to safeguard customer information and ensure ethical marketing practices. Seeking: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in Direct Marketing, Direct Response, CRM or Data Driven Marketing roles. 3+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce MarTech stack administration and engagement. Minimum Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist certified. Proven ability to interpret briefs, aligning business needs with technical solutions, and demonstrate strong project management skills. Proficient in HTML and CSS for customizing email templates, landing pages, and forms. Excellent analytical capability to drive continual efficiencies and performance from marketing campaigns. Outstanding communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills. Able to define, monitor, and report on KPIs for customer engagement programs, and be able to communicate performance and challenges clearly to different audiences. Self-starter, with positive ‘can do’ energy and a sense of humour. Financial services, mortgage broker, or home loan industry experience (highly desirable).
