The corporate travel division of Flight Centre Travel Group comprises of a diverse range of corporate travel brands, headlined by the global powerhouses of FCM and Corporate Traveller. The direct team consists of 5 staff members across the globe and is part of a larger corporate group. The team is independent, diverse, inclusive, work's autonomously and has the technical ability, matched with the tenacity to excel at everything they do.
The position on offer:
Being the primary owner of Marketing Automation Platform in the ANZ region.
With a thorough understanding of our prospects, customers, and brands, you will develop and lead the regional automation strategy to acquire, implement, and retain customers. You will drive the execution and optimization of this strategy, ensuring it aligns with our customer journey maps and personas.
You will support the global automation platform alongside the Global Marketing Automation Manager, assisting with the implementation, administration, and adoption of Eloqua across brands to meet project and business needs. This role involves working on regional tactics and plans daily, in conjunction with global projects, to support the overall improvement of the business worldwide.
