Reporting to the company Director, the Marketing & Brand Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand presence, attract new clients, and engage potential candidates. The role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can manage various marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, and brand management. This is a fulltime in-office role.

Day-to-day duties:  

• Develop and execute marketing projects.
• Create graphic collateral and social media content.
• Manage websites & social media accounts.
• Monitor social media trends and implement accordingly.
• Coordinate industries events & conferences.
• Responsible for Brand presence.
• Work with the recruitment team to support their marketing needs.

  
What are we looking for?

• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Marketing/Advertising/Brand Management role
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• A high level of communication
• A proactive and organised attitude  
• Exceptional relationship building and management skills
• The ability to manage your workload autonomously
• Flexibility paired with the ability to multitask
• A degree in marketing or equivalent is desired but not essential
