Your New Chapter:   
   
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team in the role of Marketing and Business Development Assistant. This position requires a combination of hands-on marketing expertise and face to face lead generation to drive growth and enhance our brand presence across several Veterinary Specialist and Emergency Hospitals in Sydney. In this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to build you own strategy and not be tied to a computer 5 days a week. With assistance from our amazing in house team, you will be responsible for digital marketing, face to face lead generation and creating brand recognition strategies. Knowledge of the veterinary industry and the relationship between the General Practice and Specialist hospitals would be beneficial but we are happy to assist you till you are fully informed.   
  Key Responsibilities:   
   
Business Development:   
 
·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, industry analysis and networking. 
·        Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders. 
·        Conduct market assessments and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. 
 
Marketing Strategy:   
 
·        Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. 
·        Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms. 
·        Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns to optimise and improve results. 
·        Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and impactful marketing materials. 
 
Brand Management:   
 
·        Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all communication channels. 
·        Work closely with the marketing team to develop and maintain brand guidelines. 
·        Identify opportunities for brand enhancement and implement strategies to strengthen brand presence. 
 
Collaboration and Reporting:   
 
·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support. 
·        Provide regular reports and updates on business development and marketing activities to senior management. 
·        Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities. 
 
Qualifications:   
 
·        Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.  
·        Pr experience in business development and marketing roles. 
·        Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour. 
·        Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
·        Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
