Job Description - Marketing Business Support

What you’ll do

Are you a dynamic and organized individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Marketing team in a Business Support role.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our organisation's success by assisting in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing schedules

Forward planning

Organising meetings

Preparing presentations

Supporting leaders across Brand, Acquisition & Media, along with special projects as required.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

High energy with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Extensive experience in an administrative or a similar role as an EA.

Have an interest in marketing and events

Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite essential.

Excellent attention to detail.

Solid experience of multi-tasking and supporting multiple projects at the same time.

Understanding of the needs associated with working in an industry with significant regulatory constraints essential.
