The opportunity
In order to help us create greater retirement outcomes for our members your role is focused on supporting the insurance stream of lifecycle marketing and identifying other retention and engagement opportunities.

Your role will require you to liaise with our insurer and suggest "next best action" steps utilising data and proof points. Your responsibilities will also include:

• Working closely with our Marketing Leads to manage and implement innovative insurance and engagement journeys. Align your efforts with our strategic marketing plan
• Implement relevant automated journeys to enhance retention and engagement opportunities
• Regularly provide competitor intelligence updates, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve
• Actively represent Marketing by collaborating closely with key stakeholders across UniSuper. Your relationship-building skills will be invaluable.

About you
We're looking for someone with high energy, a positive and can-do attitude as well as a passion for problem solving and creative thinking.

To be successful in this role you have 3 - 5 years marketing experience within superannuation, life insurance, or financial services, as well as a track record of leading and developing communications for financial audiences across multiple channels. In addition, your skills and experience include the following:

• Results-driven and you thrive in a collaborative team environment where your strong interpersonal skills will enable effective collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Your exceptional planning and communication abilities, coupled with the capacity to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes, is essential
• Your role is critical in ensuring our members have the right insurance tailored to their individual needs.
