The Role: Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a driven Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving consideration and engaging new and existing clients for the Kelly+Partners brand. You'll contribute across the entire marketing spectrum with a strong focus on digital channels.
KeyResponsibilities
Assist with the development and implementation of local area marketing plans and initiatives across various digital and non-digital channels.
Help plan, execute, and manage email campaigns in HubSpot and Mailchimp.
Manage Google AdWords and social media advertising campaigns.
Own the social media content calendar, including content creation and copywriting.
Help manage, build, and optimise website and landing pages in HubSpot.
Create monthly performance reports to track and analyse results.
Collaborate with the broader marketing team on diverse marketing activities and channels.
Assist in SEO efforts and manage the digital footprint of Kelly+Partners and its 32+ office locations.
Assist in developing thought-leadership content for monthly and quarterly newsletters and publications.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you are:
Degree-qualified in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
Proficient working with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
Experienced (2+ years) in digital marketing, particularly across HubSpot, social media and paid advertising
Skilled or confident in Adobe Creative Suite (highly advantageous)
Able to plan and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns
A strong verbal and written communicator
Comfortable managing relationships with senior stakeholders
Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Curious, creative and motivated to continuously improve
