Job Description - Marketing Coordinator

About the role


The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of Denver Technology’s marketing initiatives with a strong focus on content creation, brand consistency, and digital engagement. 


A key aspect of this role is acting as the primary liaison between Denver Technology and its external Digital Marketing Agency and print media partners, ensuring seamless coordination, execution of campaigns, and alignment with strategic and operational business objectives. 


This role plays a critical part in developing high-quality content, maintaining brand standards, and driving marketing outcomes across Denver Technology’s marketing channels.

What you'll do 


Content Development 



  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content including:  



  • Blog articles 



  • Case studies and customer success stories 



  • Client references and testimonials 



  • Website copy and landing pages 



  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather insights, project details, and customer outcomes  



  • Ensure all content aligns with Denver Technology’s tone of voice, messaging, and brand positioning  



  • Collaborate with the external Digital Marketing Agency and digital print partner to develop and refine content strategies  



  • Optimise content for SEO and digital performance in partnership with the agency 


 


Agency Coordination  



  • Act as the main point of contact for Denver Technology’s external Digital Marketing Agency and print media partner 



  • Coordinate the delivery of digital marketing activities, including campaigns, content, and website updates 



  • Translate internal business priorities into clear briefs for the agency 



  • Review and provide feedback on agency outputs to ensure quality and alignment 



  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and performance against agreed objectives and targets 



  • Facilitate regular communication (meetings, updates, reporting) between Denver Technology and the agency and partners 


 


Social Media & Digital Marketing 



  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn and where applicable Facebook and/or Instagram) 



  • Collaborate with the agency and partners to execute paid and organic digital campaigns 



  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages where appropriate 



  • Track performance metrics and work with the agency and partners to optimise results 



  • Support initiatives to increase brand awareness and audience engagement 


 


Brand & Marketing Collateral 



  • Maintain consistency of branding across all marketing materials 



  • Ensure all internally and externally produced materials (including agency outputs) adhere to brand guidelines 



  • Assist in the development and updating of:  



  • Brochures 



  • Presentations 



  • Sales collateral 



  • Marketing templates 


 


Campaign & Marketing Support 



  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and the agency and partners 



  • Assist in email marketing activities, including content creation and scheduling 



  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to support go-to-market initiatives 


 


Administration & Reporting 



  • Maintain content calendars and campaign schedules 



  • Track campaign and digital performance metrics 



  • Coordinate reporting inputs from the agency and partners and prepare internal summaries 



  • Manage content libraries and digital assets 



What you'll bring



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field  



  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role  



  • Demonstrated experience in content creation across multiple formats (blogs, case studies, social media)  



  • Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders and/or external agencies  



  • Strong written communication skills, with evidence of content development (portfolio or examples)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination ability

  • Creative thinking with a passion for content and storytelling



Preferred Skills and Experience



  • Experience working with a digital marketing agency  



  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles  



  • Experience using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)  



  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Suite)  



  • Graphic design capability (e.g., creating visual content, social media assets, or marketing collateral)  



  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media
