Position Summary:
Responsible for the co-ordination of marketing activations and communication channels
Work closely with the Marketing Manager in overseeing and creating campaigns for social media, promotional events and marketing materials for internal and external communications
Maintain and create relationships with media personnel, social media influencers and customers
Prepare monthly reports based on marketing performances and using marketing analysis tools, focusing on attention to detail
Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by inviting, welcoming and connecting with our guests through each customer experience
Liase with associates and other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience
Complete marketing administration duties and offer general support to the team
Create and manage marketing purchase requests for the Marketing and Sales department
About You:
Relevant experience in a similar role
