We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the team in either our Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth office. The successful candidate will be an experienced, ambitious, and technically proficient individual with a passion for marketing. You will possess strong content development skills and the ability to adapt swiftly. This role is a 6mth maternity leave cover with the possibility to extend

In this role you will be supporting the Head of Marketing in the region in all administration, marketing and public relations activity but specifically:

  • Developing digital content including videos for use across multiple channels.
  • Regional event management: Booking venues, ordering exhibition material, catering, IT requirements for, and attendance at (where necessary) exhibitions and events.
  • Provide graphical and presentational support to the Head of Marketing.
  • Develop content and manage the upload and coordination of marketing material (photographs, brochures, press releases) to various online libraries, group intranet and social media sites.
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing with the reporting of data analytics, competitor movements and supporting the regional business development and sales team with customer engagement.
  • Supporting the coordination of marketing requests across the marketing team.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring campaign and event success
  • Populating and maintaining the CRM database.
  • Cleansing customer information for distribution via email and distribution house.
  • Supporting and maintaining a centralised repository of regional exhibition event information and material.
  • Collation, measurement, and delivery of marketing reports detailing marketing statistics and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Assisting with the build and editing of website areas and sourcing content / images.
  • Overseeing processing of marketing invoices with finance team.
  • Supporting ad hoc marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Liaising with other internal departments as well as external suppliers.
  • In addition to these duties the post holder may be required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required, from time to time, to achieve the above job purpose.

    Relevant Education, Experience, and Skills: 

    Essential Skills:

  • Qualification in a marketing related subject (Marketing/PR/Journalism/Communication)
  • Previous experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role (4 years)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation would be highly advantageous
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Nice to have:

  • Excellent knowledge of HubSpot, Monday, MeltWater, Adobe and MS Office
  • Relevant experience in an engineering or technical consultancy discipline would be advantageous
