The opportunity:

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and play a pivotal role in our wider Brand department.  

Below is a list of the main functions of the role.

Marketing Coordination:

• Assist the Head Of Brand & Marketing Manager in the timely coordination and execution of all activity outlined in the Brand GTM calendar and digital GTM calendar. This will also include supporting special projects outside the GTM calendar as required by the business. 
• Assist in the coordination and execution of photoshoots in both pre and postproduction (tasks may include pulling samples, steaming, creating flat lay shoot briefs & attending shoots to assist).
• Assist in the coordination and execution of brand events, activations and/or partnerships. 
• Build, collaborate, and share brand marketing decks as required by the Head of Brand and/or Marketing Manager. 
• Assist the social media team with the execution of branded content and campaigns across all social media handles in line with the social media strategy.
• Manage and execute all BAU marketing activities as required by brand, retail, and wholesale. 
• Research, analyse, and report on key brand marketing trends and opportunities as required. 
• Support the Digital Marketing team by assisting in the execution of the digital marketing and CRM strategy through content and other related marketing outputs. 
• Assist in the management of project workflow tools to streamline any briefing processes. 
• Build and share any reporting material required on marketing outputs as requested by the Head of Brand, Marketing Manager or the wider leadership team

Desirable Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a marketing coordinator or assistant 
• Degree qualified in a Marketing related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Excellent writing and creative skills.
• Competent in use of Microsoft office products.
