Based in Fortitude Valley and reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will provide support to the Marketing team by assisting in a diverse range of marketing activities from administrative and general support for the marketing team, to assuming ownership and managing all aspects of assigned project work.



You will be vital in supporting day-to-day objectives as well as bigger marketing strategies and local area marketing campaigns. You will have a strategic and analytical mind and will be open to learning new skills. This is an incredible opportunity to develop and grow your career as you learn from exceptional minds and gain hands-on experience with coordinating creative and logistics of state and LAM marketing initiatives. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders
• Coordinate the creative process with Creative team
• Coordinate artwork approvals and send to print for production and dispatch
• Coordinate creative, merch and logistics of LAM / State sponsorships
• Assist with leverage activity (and on the ground support) of sponsorship
• Coordinate all marketing logistics required for a new restaurant openings and assist in the strategy of marketing the restaurant with the goal to 'paint the town yellow'
• Assist with post campaign analysis reports and report on opening days to measure success and lesson learned

You'll enjoy this role if you have: 

• Qualifications in Marketing or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude
• Highly energetic and motivated self-starter, with strong initiative, a solid work ethic, and a keen eye for detail
• Eagerness to promote GYG’s values and display energy and enthusiasm for the brand
• Willingness to travel intrastate and interstate if required
