The role:
The purpose of the Marketing CRM & Lifecycle Specialist is to manage, build and scale the customer lifecycle program that activates and accelerates revenue and positively influences the customer lifetime value. You will execute initiatives across emails, SMS, loyalty programs, automation, cross-marketing channels, web platforms, and physical stores, focusing on unifying the customer experience.
