Job Description - Marketing CRM & Lifestyle Specialist

The role: 

The purpose of the Marketing CRM & Lifecycle Specialist is to manage, build and scale the customer lifecycle program that activates and accelerates revenue and positively influences the customer lifetime value. You will execute initiatives across emails, SMS, loyalty programs, automation, cross-marketing channels, web platforms, and physical stores, focusing on unifying the customer experience.

 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Drive email strategy and roadmaps for BAU and Automation, based on current performance, the latest email trends and City Beach customers, brand and product trends. 
  • Execute BAU promotions in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Set up email platforms, create templates, manage scheduling, and deploy workflows.
  • Build and maintain customer segments in Emarsys.
  • Design, plan, and execute lifecycle campaigns using a test, measure, and learn approach.
  • Uphold data governance and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Maintain CRM/database integrity through send management and data analysis.
  • Support and execute CRM strategy based on customer behavior and insights.
  • Focus on data unification, customer profiling, and cross-channel integration.
  • Optimise lifecycle through automation, segmentation, and personalisation.
  • Implement retention/reactivation strategies to increase LTV.
  • Increase customer database size through high-quality lead generation campaigns.
  • Enhance database health and manage our loyalty program.
  • Provide insights from post-campaign analysis and competitor research.
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimise lifecycle programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign results to improve engagement and retention.


What you'll need: 

  • 3+ years in a similar Digital Marketing role.
  • Proven results in developing and executing email campaigns and running loyalty programs.
  • Responsible for email platform setup and build such as creating new templates, managing campaign scheduling, setting up and deploying lifecycle journeys and automated workflows
  • Solid understanding of customer databases, personalisation, and segmentation.
  • Experience with tools such as Emarsys (essential), Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Klaviyo.
  • Experience with Power BI, Google Analytics, MS Excel, Customer Data Platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical, proactive, and the ability to problem solve.
