THE ROLE

An exciting new opportunity exists at an Asia Pacific leading commercial furniture company for a Marketing & Design Coordinator specialising in Social Media and graphic design. 

Zenith are recruiting for a highly skilled, highly organised Marketing & Design Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month contract, with the potential for permanence thereafter. As the lead social Media & graphic designer, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager on creative campaigns, projects, social content and product launches.

This is an opportunity for a creative with a passion for design and a strong background in social media and graphic work. This role would suit a designer who has strength in conceptual and creative development and can work well to a design brief and tight deadlines.  Will have proven experience in creating engaging social media campaigns and content. 

The role is within a highly dedicated Marketing team where you will receive support to thrive. 

The position will be based at Zenith’s Head Office in Kingsgrove NSW. The location offers on-site parking and is accessible by public transport. This dynamic position offers a competitive remuneration package for the successful candidate and working from home one day per week.

Position to start 1st July.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the key accountability of the Marketing & Design Coordinator is to advance the Zenith brand and promote Zenith products through  Social Media and the creation of visual assets that align with the company’s brand image and guidelines.

To meet this, some of your duties will include:

Social Media: 

  • Develop Social Media content strategy alongside the Marketing Manager and ensure it aligns with overall business goals.
    Create eye-catching visuals, including images, infographics, and videos, excluding project case study posts.
  • Design graphics that align with the brand's visual identity.
  • Engage with the social media community by responding to comments and messages.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Work closely with content creators to pair visuals with written content.

Optimize videos for different platforms and ensure they are engaging and shareable.
 

Graphic Design:

  • Creation of media and digital assets such as EDM’s, social media posts, prints for publication and banner ads.
  • Following the company brand guidelines, you will create graphic layouts for new products to go live on the zenith website, such as brochures, specifications sheets and page layouts.
  • Creation of event invites and all collateral required for showrooms.
  • Support and implement campaign activities given by the marketing manager.

 

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role for a high-end or creative brand.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite- Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Can handle multiple projects at once with excellent time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Motivated to elevate your skills and potentially build a career path in the marketing team.
  • Have a passion for the design industry.
