Ausloans is seeking a Marketing Engineer to take full ownership of our marketing technology stack. This role is critical in supporting the marketing team with reliable infrastructure for tracking, integrations, automation, and attribution. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled professional who understands both the engineering and marketing landscapes and can bridge the gap between them to enable smarter, data-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API (CAPI), TikTok Pixel, and server-side tracking systems.
- Ensure accurate attribution and event tracking across all marketing channels and platforms, supporting tools such as Hyros, Segment, or custom attribution logic.
- Build and maintain API integrations between ad platforms, CRM (Zink), call center software, lead management tools, and automation platforms like N8N or Zapier.
- Develop and manage clean UTM structures, source tracking mechanisms, and offline event syncing to ensure marketing visibility throughout the entire lead lifecycle.
- Evaluate, implement, and document marketing technology tools that support campaign management, testing, analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Support the marketing team with backend infrastructure to enable faster and more accurate experiments, including auto-segmentation, parameter tracking, and test enablement.
- Create and automate reporting dashboards in tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Google Sheets to enable real-time performance monitoring.
- Establish alerting and quality assurance processes to catch and resolve tracking issues proactively.
What We’re Looking For?
- Strong technical skills, including experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, webhooks, analytics software like Hyros and tag managers.
- Hands-on expertise in configuring and troubleshooting marketing tools such as GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI, TikTok Pixel, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with server-side tagging, offline conversion tracking, and modern martech infrastructure.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts including paid media funnels, ROAS, CAC, CPL, and attribution modeling.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively between marketing and development teams.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem solving.
