We’re on the lookout for a high-energy, people-loving, detail-crushing Marketing Executive to help drive sales across our Queensland and Northern Territory restaurants. Reporting to the National Marketing Manager - Restaurants, you will work closely with the marketing, operations and New Restaurant Opening (NRO) teams to drive sales and guests into restaurant by amplifying the national marketing plan, using data and insights to develop and execute local marketing activity. You should have genuine influence and impact across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Consult, engage and develop relationships with franchisees, operations and NRO teams to lead marketing activities at the local and state-based level.
• Work across our focus restaurant groups to develop bespoke LAM plans, assisting in execution and guiding restaurants.
• Develop, lead and execute grassroots sponsorship. Finding opportunities that build brand awareness and community engagement. The strategy should build long term partnerships with local communities, organisations and clubs that leave a positive impact.
• Work with National Marketing Manager – Restaurants on LAM, Sponsorship & Corporate budgets.
• Build post campaign analysis and case studies to share with the wider restaurant network. Report on LAM success and areas of improvement for all campaigns.
• Work with the Head of Delivery to execute local delivery strategy to drive and build delivery sales.
• Work with the Head of Digital Revenue to execute a local digital strategy to grow, build and maintain GYG App sales.
• Provide support for new store openings and refurbishments to promote opening or reopening of the restaurants.

Who You Are

• Previous marketing experience, preferably in-house brand management experience.
• Ability to be agile, hustle and work like a start up in a fast growing business.
• Proven experience in setting, chasing and achieving targets.
• A positive, professional team player with a can-do attitude. The answer is yes let’s find a way.
• Highly energetic and motivated self-starter, with strong initiative, a solid work ethic, and a keen eye for detail
• Must be able to travel regularly. This role requires someone who can be the face of marketing within your focus states.
