Marketing Executive

What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Campaigns and Content, you will be right in the middle of the action; coordinating campaign activity, supporting content production, and helping to execute activations that delight our guests and bring our brand to life. From campaign planning and photoshoots to in-park events and activities, no two days are the same.

Day to day, you will:

• Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns - from creative briefing and asset management to dispatch,  delivery.
• Support the development of campaign plans, timelines and channel activity across multiple brands, products and audiences.
• Work closely with the Creative team to develop brand assets for a variety of brand, campaigns and activations
• Support the planning and execution of photo and video shoots, including talent, scheduling and on-site logistics.
• Work with agencies, production partners and internal teams to keep timelines on track and campaigns aligned.
• Assist with copywriting for promotional and campaign materials using AI-assisted writing tools, as required.
• Contribute to activations, events, and occasional media opportunities with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the successful delivery of marketing initiatives and broader business activities.Stay across industry trends and bring forward ideas to help us work smarter and faster.

What you will bring:

• Previous experience in marketing campaign or brand marketing support, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications.
• A knack for organisation and detail, even when things get busy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to write clearly and adapt tone across channels.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office - and if you’ve dabbled in Canva, or Adobe tools, even better!
• Be comfortable using AI tools to achieve efficiencies, where practical
• A collaborative, can-do attitude and the flexibility to help wherever needed.
• Experience in entertainment, tourism or a consumer-focused brand is a big plus, but not essential
