Due to our growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Graduate to join the marketing team.

The role:

The marketing team is expanding, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Marketing Graduate to join the team. In this role, you will work closely with the Design & Brand Manager to refine our brand’s visual identity, harnessing the most appealing design trends to create aesthetic creatives, brochures & pamphlets, flowcharts, infographics, and social media posts.

You will help grow the Pitcher Partners brand “Making Business Personal” across the marketplace and show the value and impact our products deliver. This is a great opportunity to build and grow your marketing career within a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in the design and production of professional communicationmaterials for both print and online media.
• Create engaging graphics for tenders, brochures, posters, booklets,branding, and displays from concept through to production.
• Assist in maintaining corporate brand identity and publishingprocedures throughout all designs.
• Assist in crafting compelling social media poststhat resonate with our clients.
• Create and edit high-quality short-form video content for varioussocial media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
• Brand & Design

Whatwe are looking for:

• Studyingor recently completed a relevant Marketing degree.
• Experience in either digital marketing, a previous customer facingrole, graphic design, or account management role.
• Creative and analytical skills.
• Be someone who is proactive and eager to learn.
• Must be a team player that can also work well independently.
• Possesses knowledge of communication and design processes.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop),
• Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and strong organisationalskills.
• Enjoys collaborative work and is committed to delivering impactfuloutcomes.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro,Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Ability to identify and engage with social media trends in a waythat is relevant for the brand voice.
