This role will be based in our Springwood office in Brisbane, or Mt Waverley in Melbourne.

You have a big part to play in helping us design and build more homes and communities that will bring families and friends together. Your work will help us create happier and healthier environments for these Aussie families across Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia.

• Be the marketing lead managing key projects as identified by Business Technology Steering Committee to drive business growth.
• Drive the group content strategy including the planning, production, integration and amplification across multi-channels.
• Lead coordination role in interpreting key customer insights and working with state marketing teams to ensure consistency and efficiencies of marketing activity that require a group approach with local implementation.
• Bringing together customer experience (CX), sales, marketing and digital teams for continuous improvement and growth.

Your Role in Action

In this role, content will become your domain. Where others see challenges, you see opportunities. Our content strategy has room for growth and you’ll have the support needed to seize this challenge, providing clear direction and moving swiftly to elevate our content game.

You’ll also be managing two direct reports: a Content Writer and Marketing Growth Specialist. Together, you’ll form a powerhouse team, ready to tackle any marketing challenge head-on.

You will also forge closer working relationships with key land developer partners and suppliers identifying group opportunities including tactical, promotional and PR/social to drive incremental sales.
