Marketing Insights & Research Manager

What you’ll do

The role of the Insights and Research Manager is to provide Tabcorp with high impact market and customer insights to shape and support strategy and drive business growth.

In this role you will manage research initiatives for TAB and Sky Racing, with a focus on market, brand, and competitive insight. You will be part of our Voice of Customer team (which covers Insights, VOC, User Research & Analytics) working with our Senior Manager Insights & Research to generate, curate and communicate insights and identify opportunities. You will collaborate with teams across the business, ensuring that our strategies, customer initiatives and marketing activities are based on sound insights and data.

As well as strategic and tactical engagements, you’ll manage our ongoing brand health monitor and help drive market and customer understanding and obsession across the business.
