About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive our next phase of growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and is equally comfortable shaping strategy and executing campaigns.

You’ll work across both B2B and B2C initiatives, helping position Morse Micro as a global leader while supporting commercial outcomes across key markets.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and partnerships


• Support both B2B (partners, OEMs, developers) and B2C (end-user awareness, product storytelling) marketing efforts


• Develop compelling messaging that communicates complex technology in a clear, engaging way


• Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data and insights


• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals


• Leverage modern AI-powered marketing tools to improve efficiency, targeting, and creativity


• Contribute to brand development as Morse Micro scales globally

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally spanning both B2B and B2C environments


• Strong track record of learning on the job, including the ability to reflect on and communicate both successes and failures


• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment, where adaptability and ownership are key


• Exposure to a global technology business (experience with an Australian HQ is a plus)


• Hands-on experience with modern AI marketing tools and a curiosity to explore new ones


• A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine can-do attitude


• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
