We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to join our Queensland team, based in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of venues, driving marketing strategies that deliver real business results while working alongside passionate operators, creatives and digital specialists.

What you'll be doing

You'll be the marketing lead across a portfolio of venues, partnering closely with venue teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and revenue growth.

Your role will include:

• Bringing venue marketing strategies to life across digital, social, events and local area marketing channels
• Developing campaigns that increase bookings, functions, food and beverage sales, and overall venue performance
• Managing marketing budgets and ensuring strong return on investment
• Collaborating with creative, digital and PR teams to deliver impactful campaigns
• Identifying customer trends, market opportunities and new ideas that keep venues ahead of the competition
• Overseeing content creation, photography, website updates and promotional activity
• Analysing campaign performance and using data-driven insights to optimise results
• Building strong relationships with venue operators and becoming a trusted marketing partner to the business

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking and can confidently manage multiple priorities across a diverse venue portfolio.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience in a marketing management or senior marketing role
• Strong digital marketing knowledge across paid, owned and earned channels
• Experience managing campaigns from concept through to execution and reporting
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong copywriting and content development capabilities
• Budget management experience and commercial acumen
• The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Hospitality, entertainment, retail or multi-site marketing experience will be highly regarded.
