Are you an experienced marketing all-rounder who loves creating quality content for business (e.g. blog posts, social media posts, video, ad copy… and anything else that comes your way)? We are an award winning, family run real estate business with a passion for client-focused communication and service. We currently have a small, welcoming team, who service homes in the south east corridor, including the beautiful Perth Hills region.

DAY-TO-DAY TASKS This is a varied role with many exciting aspects. On a daily basis you will dabble in copywriting, graphic design, SEO, media relations, as well as video and print marketing, such as:
● Onboarding new clients
● Booking in property photos/video/floorplans etc
● Writing and proofreading property ad descriptions
● Ordering for sale signs and photo boards
● Creating and printing A3 brochures
● Compiling vendor reports
● Creating print marketing materials (Newspaper ads, DL’s, Bi-Monthly Market Updates)
● Running Facebook Ad campaigns
● Monitoring results in Google Analytics
● Writing and scheduling blog posts
● Creating and scheduling social media posts
● Writing video scripts and recording videos with sales reps
● Creating and scheduling monthly newsletters
● Website maintenance and management
SKILLS REQUIRED
● Strong written and verbal communication
● Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise
● High attention to detail
● Professional presentation
● Experience writing compelling ad copy
● Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and monitoring results
● Experience using Canva and Mailchimp
● Experience managing social media business accounts
● A tertiary degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications is desirable but not essential . Would suit a recent Marketing graduate willing to learn and apply skills.
● Experience in the real estate industry is desirable but not essential
● Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
● Experience with the CRM Rex is desirable but not essential
