We have partnered with an Australian industrial manufacturer who sell specialist equipment into transport, agricultural, automotive, industrial and mining industries. As leaders in their field, they manufacture high quality products and maintain quality service to ensure customer loyalty.

About the Role

Reporting into the Managing Director, the Marketing Manager – Trade & Digital will also have a dotted line into the Global Marketing Manager and work closely with them on implementing trade and digital strategy in the local market. The key focus of this role is to develop and implement integrated marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales growth of new and existing products. The Marketing Manager will manage Trade Marketing activities to support distribution partners and drive online sales through distributors e-commerce websites. This person will have 2 direct reports.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in the industrial B2B sector with a proven track record managing digital and trade channels. You will have strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team, and have excellent stakeholder management skills, to work closely with internal teams and the external distributor network. You must have strong experience in Trade Marketing and an understanding of the digital landscape, to oversee the marketing function for ANZ.
