In this role, you will shape brand presence, accelerate customer engagement, and deliver high‑impact campaigns for BMW and MINI — brands known globally for quality, innovation, and performance.

About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead and oversee all marketing initiatives across multiple dealerships and customer touchpoints. You’ll manage campaigns, digital strategy, events, sponsorship activations, and customer communications, while ensuring alignment with Head Office and global brand standards.

You will coach and guide a small team, influence stakeholders, and drive best‑practice marketing execution across retail, digital, aftersales, and customer experience channels.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you are:

• A confident Marketing Leader with experience in retail, digital, or brand management (automotive experience highly regarded).
• Skilled at managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• A strong communicator and relationship builder with excellent attention to detail.
• Strategic yet hands‑on — equally comfortable planning campaigns and rolling up your sleeves to execute them.
