Join a leading organisation in the heavy equipment sector valued at $600M with a diverse team of approximately 670 FTE staff. Operating across key business units including Rental, Used, New equipment, and Aftermarket services, the company serves a broad customer base of 8500, spanning the General Construction and Building Construction Products markets.

About the Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will be driving all marketing efforts, shaping the future of the company’s brand and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive marketing strategy, leading dynamic marketing campaigns, and launch a marketing automation transformation to enhance customer interactions and boost conversions. You will manage a team of six and an annual marketing budget of $2M, representing the marketing department both internally and at major industry events.

About You
You are a dynamic leader in marketing, ideally with experience in the heavy equipment or automotive industries. You are able to confidently present in front of key stakeholders and at significant events. You have experience implementing marketing automation processes (with either Salesforce or Hubspot) to streamline lead qualification and enhance customer interaction.

Competencies:

• Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive 12-month marketing plans following annual appraisals.
• Marketing Automation Expertise: Experience in implementing marketing automation processes to streamline operations and enhance customer interactions preferably on Salesforce or Hubspot. 
• Leadership and Mentorship: Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team, fostering an environment of growth and high performance.
• Budget Management: Skilled in managing substantial marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively across various channels.
• Relationship Management: Strong capability in building and sustaining significant internal and external relationships, including with major industry players.
