The Role

This newly created position will enhance our strategic and operational marketing capabilities as our business continues to grow. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and execute marketing campaign proposals approved by the Executive Committee. You will report directly to the Marketing Director based in Melbourne and collaborate regularly with the CEO and Executive Committee to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.

This full-time role offers flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will be based in either Melbourne or Ballarat and must be available to attend and assist with company marketing events, which may occur outside regular business hours.
 

The Responsibilities

This role requires a blend of creative flair and analytical skills to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. The key responsibilities include:
 

• managing foundation marketing assets (including website, social media, sales presentations/collateral);
• executing online and offline marketing campaigns;
• optimising the client journey and sales process to maximise conversion;
• delivering foundation and campaign based marketing reports.

Core Tasks will include:

• Produce written articles and posts for various digital channels;
• Create compelling video content, including testimonials and staff profiles;
• Collaborate with specialists to develop and distribute press releases, coordinating with journalists and news outlets;
• Develop and manage communication workflows and automations;
• Manage relationships with external suppliers;
• Design marketing and sales collateral that aligns with our brand identity.

Required Skills

The candidate will have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Design skills; proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite;
• Experience setting up and managing automated email campaigns;
• Experience in video production preferred;
• Proficiency in managing paid online ad campaigns, including search, display, and social media platforms.
