The Role
This newly created position will enhance our strategic and operational marketing capabilities as our business continues to grow. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and execute marketing campaign proposals approved by the Executive Committee. You will report directly to the Marketing Director based in Melbourne and collaborate regularly with the CEO and Executive Committee to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
This full-time role offers flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will be based in either Melbourne or Ballarat and must be available to attend and assist with company marketing events, which may occur outside regular business hours.
