The Marketing Manager is charged with developing the strategic marketing approach vital to achieve targets for sales, gross profit and operating profit incorporating the core areas of Recon Robotics and Digital Technology across hybrid go-to-market models (Direct & In-Direct), and across Australia and NZ. 

Key job functions include to plan, direct and control the Reconstruction Enabling Technologies ANZ Marketing strategy within the guidelines of corporate policies to achieve sales targets, revenue, efficient profitability and satisfaction from new and existing internal and external customers at a level exceeding their respective needs/expectations. Be a change agent, influencer in the target market.
