Marketing Manager - Urgent Position

Hello future Marketing Manager 👋.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for supporting the team and Director in delivering client management at Future Proof.

FULL TIME / BASED IN OSBORNE PARK (32 hours - we take Friday afternoons off!)

Working with clients in e-commerce, lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, mining and more (read – fun stuff). You’ll be responsible for:

• Account management and project delivery
• Effectively manage the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns by creating, approving, and delivering marketing materials
• Overseeing campaigns to provide direction to in-house design and copywriters for both project and ongoing clients
• Preparing and coordinating the production of marketing materials, such as paid ads, social media schedules, email marketing, print designs, websites and beyond.
• Drafting quotes, invoices and budgeting. Keeping track of inquiries, producing monthly client reports
• Communicating regularly with clients and internal and external stakeholders the goals of an overall project and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, plus nurturing and proactively building client relationships
• Developing and delivering marketing strategies, timelines, and budgets, plus monitoring the efficiency of strategies.

The role requires a strong understanding of brand identity, strategy, as well as exceptional writing and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have copywriting experience as this will form part of the role.

• Dive deep into our client’s target audiences, market and brands to create copy that converts. Copy will be across a variety of mediums, including social media, paid ads, e-commerce websites, email marketing and blogs.
• Developing killer content based on a variety of audiences with sound fundamentals in pain points, brand awareness goals.
• Have an understanding of search engine optimisation principles and can write website/online copy to help drive website search results.
• Creative Ideation, Editing and Proofreading.

YOU’LL HAVE

• 2-year minimum experience in a similar role, with proven campaign management results
• Tertiary qualified with an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital, Communications or similar
• A clear and confident communication style, with a desire to go above and beyond for client relationships
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to summarise complex issues into plain language for a relevant audience
• Strong writing skills across a broad range of topics
• Ability to think strategically as well as negotiate and influence when dealing with stakeholders, suppliers and clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google applications, knowledge of analytics and up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
• Experience in using email marketing, web backend, social channels, and social scheduling tools (eg Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Wordpress, Squarespace or Shopify, Sked, Later.com)

DESIRABLE SKILLS (Not essential)

• Experience in Clickup, Calendly, Loom, Fathom, Agency Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, WooCommerce
• Good understanding of print/design production processes is an added advantage
• Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & XD)

We're tiny but mighty – a team of wonderful individuals, led by a hands-on Director. You'll get to work alongside her and enjoy the opportunity to develop new skills in your role. 🚀

We operate in circles from tech startups, corporate engineering, fertility supplements, baby bags, skincare, boutique fashion, and everything in between. We specialise in untangling the stress and overwhelm of digital marketing.

This role is best suited for a Marketing superstar; who is ready to sink their teeth into unique projects, and has the ability to evolve as the ever-changing digital world does. You'll be happy to learn new skills in digital platforms, to master Marketing for a variety of industries.

Please note this role is Agency based in Osborne Park, Perth, 4 full days per week and 1 half day (Fridays). Immediate start preferred.
