Provider+ is a leading consultancy firm specialising in providing comprehensive support to NDIS providers across Australia. Our services include NDIS registration, audit support, policy development, and regulatory compliance. We aim to simplify the complexities of the NDIS so that providers can focus on delivering quality care to their clients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement for Provider+’s services. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in B2B marketing and exceptional communication skills. This role will be responsible for and measured by revenue and deals won.

The successful candidate will work closely with and report directly to the CEO, developing and owning an end-to-end marketing strategy. We seek a results-driven intrapreneur and leader who thrives with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (performance marketing, SEO, social media, cold email, etc.).
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external marketing team members (UX designer, copywriter, etc.) to ensure high-quality marketing projects are deployed on time and within budget. 
  • Execute and improve existing B2B external and internal marketing strategies to elevate Provider+’s services, drive organic growth, and improve LTV and customer retention.
  • Raise the standard and quality of Provider+ brand identity digitally, working with UX and design professionals to produce best-in-class digital brand assets & collateral.
  • Coordinate the content creation strategy, and oversee content creation and deployment into various channels in line with marketing objectives.
  • Set and track KPIs, and create dashboards and key reports.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Be directly accountable for leads generated through all campaigns, associated revenue and closed deals from a marketing perspective.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of results-driven marketing capability enabling growth.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Performance Marketing, SEO, Email Marketing, and sales processes.
  • Proven ability in utilising workflows and building marketing processes within a CRM (preferably HubSpot),
  • Proven track record of working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Experience in data analysis and being numbers-driven.
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently.
  • Experience working closely with a CEO or executive-level team members.

Advantageous:

  • Rev Ops experience or knowledge of end-to-end optimisation of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success frameworks.
