Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Officer  to lead our marketing team and develop strategies that will strengthen our market presence and enhance our brand’s voice. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing. As the Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Zooz Group and driving our success in a fast-paced and competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and target audience.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, clients, and industry partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing and social media.
  
  Requirements:
   
• Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or similar executive role.
• Extensive knowledge of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
