Job Description - Marketing Partnership Specialist

Looking for a affiliate partnership manager with a marketing background for a 2 month contract.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Affiliate & Partnerships program.
Develop and lead the marketing strategy for the affiliate channel.
Manage channel reporting and analytics.
Plan and manage the budget for promotional activities.
Communicate regular updates on promotional and campaign activities to affiliates.
Negotiate and coordinate commission rates and tenancy fees to enhance channel exposure.
Conduct post-campaign analyses to gain insights into performance.
Handle publisher applications and onboard new affiliates.
Manage the monthly invoicing and purchase order process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Trade Marketing, PR, Social, Category Management, Content & Production, Legal, and Finance) to strategize, plan, and execute campaigns.
Create and maintain an affiliate calendar to ensure strong exposure, particularly during the Q4 period.
Report to the Senior Affiliate and Commercial Partnerships Manager, and closely work with the Partnerships Specialist.
