RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE - Creating and implementing marketing plans within specified budgets
- Closely analysing the key performance indicators of assets including traffic, sales and PR
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring you understand their requirements and being quick to identify any issues
- Monitoring your competitors and ensuring you maintain a point of difference
- Managing all aspects of PR for the client
- Rolling out campaigns with clearly defined objectives - measuring the ROI - then analysing ways for improvement
- Staff management & mentoring
- Fast-paced, hands-on work ethic
THE IDEAL CANDIDATES - Tertiary qualification in Marketing, PR, or relevant degree
- A minimum of 3-5 years' marketing experience for retail & property brands
- Motivated, creative and strategic
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to build relationships
