Marketing Specialist

Contract role – 4 days a week until the end of the year (December 2026)

Reporting to our  Senior Program Manager, you'll play a critical role in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across professional development, events, member engagement, advocacy, and membership initiatives. This is an opportunity to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, partnering with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver exceptional member experiences and business outcomes.

You will provide essential delivery support during a period of significant strategic project activity. You'll be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, balancing always-on communications with campaign-based marketing initiatives across multiple workstreams.

Success in this role requires a strong delivery mindset, exceptional organisation skills, stakeholder management capability, and a passion for creating engaging member-centric communications.

About You

You are a proactive and highly organised marketing professional who can confidently manage multiple campaigns while maintaining attention to detail and delivery excellence. Your will have:

• Experience in marketing communications, campaign management or integrated marketing roles


• Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns across email, web and paid media


• Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo (or equivalent)


• Experience developing and implementing campaign tracking and UTM frameworks


• Strong analytical and reporting capability with experience using Adobe Analytics or similar platforms


• Ability to translate campaign data into meaningful insights and recommendations


• Excellent copywriting and content development skills


• Experience managing external agencies and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups


• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple concurrent projects


• Exposure to broader MarTech ecosystems, including CMS platforms, CDPs and customer data environments
