Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team at our office based in Stapylton on the northern end of the Gold Coast.

In this national marketing role, you will have the opportunity to drive and deliver a variety of marketing initiatives that promote Adbri, its brands and its products using a strategic blend of digital marketing tactics to engage and influence customers.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital approach, strengthening our demand generation and account-based marketing activity. You will work closely with our brand and promotional marketing team to increase awareness of our innovative, low-carbon products which are enabling customers to build a better Australia.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of digital, acquisition and promotional marketing activities.
• Develop and execute personalised marketing automation campaigns.
• Contribution to Adbri’s Account Based Marketing program.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
• Use variety of digital marketing tactics and channels to engage and influence target customers.
• Optimise portfolio of company websites to increase site performance and monitor for updates as required.
• Harnesses customer data for targeted communications and track digital performance activity, providing detailed reports utilising key metrics to assess strategy performance.
• Manage SEO, SEM agency and GMB listings and performance across Group.

What you will need to succeed:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing specialist / coordinator role
• Bachelor’s degree – marketing or business
• Marketing automation / email marketing experience
• Considerable digital marketing experience and understanding of digital analytics
• Account Based Marketing experience well regarded.
