About the company:
Newly created position for a Marketing Specialist to join a Luxury Property Developer. The company has a portfolio encompassing a wide range of mixed-use projects including residential and commercial, hotel and retail across Australia.

About the role:
As the  Marketing Specialist, you will take responsibility for all aspects of digital and social campaign management and implementation, you will create and execute an ever-evolving digital and content strategy, analyse and report on the best ways to optimise channels within the marketing team.

Duties:

• Developing and managing targeted EDM campaigns
• Establish a marketing and communications strategy
• Managing all relevant marketing and communications and subscription  platforms
• Copywriting and content creation
• Contact for third party creative/marketing consultants including creative agencies
• Assist with organising and managing events
• Manage digital marketing budgets
• Setup of Google Adwords and analytics, as well as advertising and SEO

 
Skills & Experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role (property marketing preferred)
• Excellent Adobe InDesign and Photoshop and Graphic Design skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
• A friendly demeanour with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• The ability to apply critical thinking to all digital outputs
• Demonstrated autonomous experience in the execution of strategy and brand initiatives
