Marketing Specialist

You’ve worked your way up to a senior level and are looking for your next step into a role where you can create impact working alongside some of the best thinkers in the industry.

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to work alongside our Chief Brand Officer on all things Marketing for our agency. You’ll leverage your network and your extensive experience to promote and raise the reputation of our brand, day to day will include planning, leading and executing brand comms including: media releases, social media, thought leadership, newsletters, case studies, award entries and all initiatives that will measurably to grow our brand.

You’ll have top notch writing skills and can whip a media release together with surprising ease. As a brand ambassador, they’ll build pride within the agency and help us celebrate our values of Curiosity, Courage, Collaboration and Craft.

• As a Marketing Specialist in our Strategy Team, you’ll be responsible for working directly with SMEs, your network and occasionally clients to ensure the effective translation of brand thinking into high quality initiatives that deliver results.
• You’ll report into our Chief Brand Officer and be supported by a team of delivery managers, strategists, and creatives, as well as a plethora of subject matter experts.
• Sydney based, with some WFH flexibility built in
• Available immediately
