About The Position

In this role, you'll demonstrate strategic marketing efforts in communicating the brand values, showcasing projects, and engaging with the clients.

As part of your role, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director to devise and execute strategic sales plans.
• Manage CRM systems and listing platforms for accurate property details.
• Develop creative marketing campaigns for properties and projects.
• Liaise with external agencies for project briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain and manage social media presence and content.
• Create and distribute EDMs for project launches, updates, and progress.
• Oversee the setup of display suites and show homes with external agencies.
• Ensure accurate website updates and collaborate with external agencies.
• Implement strategies to enhance the client experience.
• Execute traditional and digital marketing initiatives and track campaign performance.
  
  

About You

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Marketing Specialist role or similar within Property industry.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office essential.
• You flourish in fast-paced and deadline-driven work cultures.
• You embrace challenges with a proactive and positive mindset.
• You have a strong attention to detail and meticulous in all aspects of work, particularly in communication.
