Marketing Specialist

Our client a well established Domestic Home Building Company based in Underwood Qld Is looking for an experienced full-time Marketing Specialist to join their team to develope and coordinate advertising campaigns to fortify sales objectives across the business. This role will involve the following duties but not limited to:

The Key responsibilities:
* Develope and excecute marketing campaigns targeted to the specific segments of the  residential and commercial buildings business.  
* Analysing  consumer data to decipher pattersns, interpreting and foreseeing future and present consumer trends for the development of on-going marketing strategies.

* Conduct on-going market research and competative analysis to identify emarging trends.
* Develope high quality marketing content for the marketing strategies.
* Collecting statistical data and analysing for marketing performance.

Experience required:
* Experience and knowledge of marketplace advertising, sales promotion techniques and distribution channels.
* Ability to organize and priorities tasks whilst under pressure and to meet deadlines.
* At least 2 years’ experience of proven marketing experience.

Skills required
* Bachelor or Master degree of Marketing
* Advanced skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

* Clear verbal and written communication and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
