We offer an extensive range of short courses, full qualifications, refreshers, high-risk licences and more, and our courses are delivered in a variety of formats including face-to-face, online, blended and onsite.

We operate one of the largest networks of training centres across Queensland, and conduct training in more than 15 locations stretching from the Gold Coast to the Cape.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist with a focus on content development to join our team.

Role Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to help drive our digital and content initiatives across the business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, managing our social media channels, and creating engaging written and high-quality visual content to promote our brand and course offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a variety or internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage our database, cross-promote courses and services, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Create compelling content for our website, blog/news articles, social media, print collateral/brochures, video, radio, tv and any other medium as required.
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engaging with our audience.
• Produce and edit videos for various purposes, including product demos, customer testimonials, and promotional content.
• Other marketing initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated proficiency in content creation development

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
• Database/CRM marketing and CMS management (WordPress) experience is essential. Photography and videography skills are desirable.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
• Prior RTO marketing experience a bonus but not essential.
