In this key role at our team, you will:
· Lead the development and execution of Marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and amplify brand engagement.
· Strategize creative and effective advertising solutions across digital and social media platforms, harnessing the power of targeted messaging.
· Manage campaign budgets and timelines meticulously, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables within set parameters.
· Analyse marketing performance ,creating marketing materials such as online TikTok video ,managing social media accounts, creating content, and monitoring engagement
· Collaborate closely with creative and graphic design to produce compelling marketing content that resonates with diverse audiences.
· Utilize analytical tools to monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring consistent improvement and innovation.
· Serve as a primary liaison between clients and our internal team, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies.
· Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, incorporating the latest technologies and methodologies into our advertising approaches.
· Promote a culture of creativity and continuous learning within the team, contributing to company's reputation as a leader of retail furniture industry
Qualifications:
· A minimum of five years of substantial experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and execution.
· Extensive knowledge of various social media and digital platforms, including in-depth expertise with Chinese social media platforms like Weibo, RED, Douyin (TikTok), and WeChat.
· Demonstrated ability to combine creative thinking with factual analysis to develop appropriate strategies, ensuring effective campaign delivery and audience engagement.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, vital for engaging with clients and internal teams.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, managing multiple projects with efficiency and effectiveness.
· Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Mandarin, would be a significant asset in communicating with our diverse clientele.
