Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for life science portfolio in Australia and New Zealand, leveraging sales data, market trends, and strategic priorities.
Execute local and global marketing campaigns to achieve growth targets and support key product launches.
Utilise various channels, including email, social media, website content, and events, to reach target customers.
Analyse and report on campaign metrics, focusing on continuous improvement and best practices.
Manage internal communication with the sales team, providing them with campaign collateral and gathering feedback on campaign performance and competitor activity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the direct marketing team, regional team, and global partners, sharing key metrics and insights as needed.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate:

2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales.
Open to candidates with scientific background looking to transition into Marketing.
MUST HAVE Scientific background or worked for life sciences organisation due to complex subject matter.
Proven track record of strategising and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
Experience utilising an array of CMS, EDM and Social media tools.
Exposure to B2B marketing is desirable.
Experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is advantageous.
