Maximo Consultants - All experience levels

Due to growth at Certus we are looking for Maximo Consultants to join our team. You must currently live in Australia or New Zealand or have work rights and be able to start within 4 weeks. We are looking for all levels from 2-3 years experience with Maximo through to Lead Consultants, functional and technical.

About the roles

We are seeking a range of people from across all experience levels from minimum one year to experienced leaders:

• Consultants
• Senior Consultants

All our Consultants work on projects currently in-flight, about to start, and in the pipeline across clients in both New Zealand and Australia. You’ll enjoy scope and responsibility as we continue to grow.

As one of our Maximo Consultants, day to day you may be:

• Delivering timely services and advice to clients’ Maximo needs. This may see you working on full lifecycle greenfield implementation, managed service / ongoing support, ongoing improvement and enhancements
• Consulting with customers on how to efficiently utilise our technology to maximise the benefits and support of their business
• Designing fit-for-purpose technical architecture
• Leading projects and mentoring team members
• Ensuring documentation of work procedures, processes and templates are up to date and relevant
• Driving continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities to provide an excellent customer experience.

We’re open to a range of experience levels, from consultants with 5 years miniumu experience to those who are highly accomplished in their field.

You could be working in a senior or technical lead role, ready to step up and take on more ownership, people leadership or strategic architecture. Or you could be earlier in your client-facing IT career, have a few years Maximo experience under your belt, and looking for a role with a broad range of opportunities.

About you

You’re a natural when it comes to engaging with a variety of customers, their environments, and have a people-centric approach to your work.

We’re looking to see your:

• Previous experience delivering Maximo engagements with a sound technical understanding of the application
• Sound knowledge of business and IT fundamentals, including business process and application technologies
• Effective communication style: your emails and documentation are simple, clear and relevant, and your manner demonstrates empathy and clarity
• Keen attention to detail, knowing when to delve down to the nitty-gritty and when to swoop up to see the big picture
• Ability to lead and operate in a collaborative project environment with both technical and functional input.
• Analytical approach towards problem solving
• Determination and curiosity to ask questions and explore, uncovering root cause, all the while maintaining a focus on quality service delivery
