ABOUT YOU

Working alongside the Senior Operations Manager the position will be responsible for delivering the operational management of two existing Gastro Pubs located inner southern suburbs Melbourne . Significant experience required in day to day management and supervision of high volume food and beverage trade . Daily operational control of FOH and back office , HR management and training , cost control and supplier contact will all be key parts of the day to day role . 

Mentoring , training and motivation of the teams is key to the success of the role .

THE ROLE 

The Bleakhouse and McKinnon Hotels are both well established gastro pubs still developing and growing . Both hotels refurbished recently with excellent facilities . Management structure solid and experienced and keen to develop further opportunities .
