As a HV Mechanic, you’ll be trusted with the responsibility of the effective diagnosis and repair of StarTrack heavy fleet vehicles and trailers to ensure team members in our facility and out on the road can deliver like never before.

HV Workshop Mechanic (up skilling opportunity) – StarTrack Darra

Position responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Able to take direction from supervisors while working in a fast past environment
• Willing to work and learn all aspects of both trailer & truck repairs
• Newly qualified HV Mechanic.... that is ok, if you are willing to take guidance from our seasoned professionals, they can guide you to learn and grow with this opportunity.

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in a similar Heavy Vehicle Mechanic role (desirable, not essential)
• HV Mechanical Certification or trade qualifications (essential)

Shift details:

• Permanent full-time position Monday to Friday
• Weekly rotating early and late shifts 
• Morning Shift  - 5:30am to 2pm | Afterrnoon/Night - 10am to 8pm
• Overtime (pre or post shift as required)
