Longueville Private Hospital (LPH) is a 38-bed hospital that provides acute medical care, rehabilitation, and Heart Wellness services. Our focus is assisting our patients to achieve their personal goals, using multidisciplinary expertise and new technology.
LPH is part of the Macquarie Health Corporation Group, which includes 12 Hospitals in NSW and Victoria.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting a Casual Medical Administration Assistant at Longueville Private Hospital, reporting to the Hospital Director.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-spoken all-rounder to perform front desk admission and reception duties, as well as administrative and finance support tasks.
You must be able to thrive in a fast paced, busy environment with sometimes competing and unplanned workloads, and able to proactively meet any challenge within deadlines. You should consider yourself a high achiever, problem solver, customer focused and a team player.
While administration experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting is desirable, full training will be provided and therefore it is more important that the candidate possesses the right attitude and is a keen learner. There is scope for professional development, and the role would suit someone looking to pursue and build a career in healthcare administration.
