The Opportunity

 

If you enjoy combining science and regulatory thinking with practical business decisions, working in a fast pace environment – this is the role for you. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of science, evidence, regulatory requirements, product development and commercial decision-making. You’ll work closely with Medical, Regulatory, R&D, Marketing and Product Development teams across a diverse portfolio.

 

This is a fixed-term role for a period of 12 months based in either Surry Hills or Warriewood.

 

 

What You'll Be Doing

 

  • Promotional & Advertising Review – assess promotional material for scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Claims & Evidence – evaluate scientific and clinical evidence and develop claims substantiation and evidence files.
  • Product & Regulatory Support – provide scientific and regulatory input across product development, formulation changes, claims and market readiness.
  • Scientific Advice – translate complex scientific and regulatory information into clear, practical recommendations.

 

What You'll Bring

 

Essential

 

  • Experience in Consumer Health, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Scientific Affairs or Medical Affairs.
  • Experience assessing scientific evidence, claims or promotional materials.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and scientific requirements.
  • Excellent critical appraisal and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Registered pharmacist in highly desirable
